Tabbed Goal Setting Book – Students are given templates and writing prompts to help them reflect on 2022 and plan for 2023.
- Looking Back – On the first page students reflect on their favorite memories, things they’ve learned, challenges they overcame, and things they are proud of.
- Looking Ahead – On this page students start thinking about a variety of things they want to do in 2023. There are sentence stems to help students set goals for the new year.
- Less & More – On this page students think about bad habits they want to do less of, and positive behaviors they want to do more of in 2023. This is a great exercise to help them take control of their attitude and behavior.
- Word of the Year – On the last page students will select a word for the year that will help them meet all of their goals. There is a word list included to help inspire students to select a meaningful word.
